Live at Arundel House
as we seek to raise funds to complete renovations on our beautiful 100-year-old building. We intend to re-open to residents in 2024. If you are interested in living at Arundel House in 2024 or beyond, feel free to submit an expression of interest through the form below.
Typical costs are as follows:
Application Fee | $110 (inc. GST) to cover administration involved in processing applications
Annual one-off utility fee | $1,000 (inc. GST) to cover water, electricity, gas, internet etc.
Annual bond | 2 weeks’ rent, to be returned to resident on completed checkout
Weekly rent including meals | in 2022: $380/week single room; $320/week shared room
Note that all fees are indicative of past fees, and are subject to change. Please confirm fees for the semester in question with staff. Fees will be finalised at the time of signing the contract.

We don’t automatically accept everyone who applies, we will call to arrange an interview, in person if possible, and a tour of the house. It’s a friendly chat, and you can bring your Mum and Dad if you like.

Within a week of your interview, the Director will let you know if you’ll be offered a space at Arundel. We then send you some more info and arrange for you to move in.
