Live at Arundel House

Sadly, Arundel House will be closed to residents for 2024

as we seek to raise funds to complete renovations on our beautiful 100-year-old building. We intend to re-open to residents in 2025. If you are interested in living at Arundel House in 2025 please check back around August 2024.

Costs

Typical costs are as follows:

Application Fee | $110 (inc. GST) to cover administration involved in processing applications

Annual one-off utility fee | $1,000 (inc. GST) to cover water, electricity, gas, internet etc.

Annual bond | 2 weeks’ rent, to be returned to resident on completed checkout

Weekly rent including meals | in 2022: $380/week single room; $320/week shared room

Note that all fees are indicative of past fees, and are subject to change. Please confirm fees for the semester in question with staff. Fees will be finalised at the time of signing the contract.
