Application Fee

$110 (inc GST)

This fee covers administration involved in processing applications, including interviews, tours and documentation.

Weekly prices

  • Single Rooms

    • 35 places are available as single rooms

  • Shared Room

  • $320/week

    • 4 places are available as shared rooms (2 beds per room)

Yearly costs

$1,800

Bond (returned when residents leave).

$880 (inc GST)

Utility fee (water, electricity, gas, laundry use, phone and internet).

In the holidays

The Arundel contract in 2019 runs for 41 weeks.  For 6 of those weeks, during the university breaks,  fees are lowered as the House shifts to breakfast only and the regular house community activities do not take place.

Holiday Accommodation

Arundel House offers comfortable budget accommodation for non-Arundel House residents over the Summer period.

Accommodation is available from 26th November 2018 until 10th February 2019. Please note that Arundel House is closed between the 21st December and the 2nd January.

Single and Shared rooms available with shared bathrooms. Breakfast included.

Linen available – Wi-Fi available – Close to transport and city centre.
